True Cost Of Ownership
I did a post several weeks ago about the true cost of owning something. For a printer, this could mean the ink or toner over the lifetime you own and use it. I covered other appliances as well.
If you are thinking of buying a car, the second largest expense item on most people books, then, head on over to Edmunds.com. They came out with a calculator for you to estimate the amount of money, you’ll spend on different models of car. Most people don’t know the money they will be actually spending besides the purchase price. If you think you can afford an more upmarket model a German made BMW, you’d better know what you are getting into.
With this calculator and especially if you are in the US, it will help you to get a good idea how much it will all cost. It even calculates depreciation for you.

By the way, if you’ve made all the necessary research, try to find out the cost of parts too, especially small fender benders. It might surprise you how much difference a bumper can cost, coming from different car manufacturers.
