SC gets order to recover funds

KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission (SC) obtained a court order yesterday to retrieve RM35mil in SwissCash money held in 14 overseas banks and have it sent back here.

After the money is transferred to Malaysia, it would be frozen pending the outcome of a civil suit brought by the SC against Amir Hassan, Albert Lee Kee Sien, Kelvin Choo Mun Hoe, Dynamic Revolution Sdn Bhd, Swiss Mutal Fund (1948) S.A. SMF International Limited and SMF (1948) International Limited, the SC said in a statement.

Swisscash is a worldwide online investment scheme that promises high returns. It is illegal in Malaysia and the SC has described it as a scam. “

SWISSCASH is operated by Malaysia and Singaporean Mafia. This is PONZI plan and whoever join last get burnt their money. Look at http://www.sc.com.my news about swisscash lates news and court charges againts 3 crooks form Malaysia. This guy are main owner of SC is confirm 100%.

I know of a good friend as well as a relative who are now scratching their heads as to how to get their money back. It all looked so good online with all those huge “balances” and nothing all puffed up into smoke. goddam scammers!!!

I have a friend who invested in this…she has many friends who did the same also. It turned out after so many months that the site with access to their money in not valid. It is gone and so is their money. I hread this happening in other countries with the same scam. Beware all you who want more for less!

I agree. It is not a scam until you prove it to be so. I have got back over 5 times of my originally invested amount – like any high risk investment you have to be cautious. I take off my cash immediately and never roll over.

We in india are really concerned about the operating condition of swiss cash.In fact after reading so much about it can any one predict how long this company will last.In what basis the company gives guarantee that it will return the principal to whom it should it be approached when there is a crisis as it happened today stating the server is down.Why they are changing the domain name frequently.How to encash the epoints accumulated is it possible for indians to get it from other countries if so by what means and how.Within how many days will it return the principal in case of crisis.leave the 25% return.As it is being guaranteed by swisscash how it going to repay the principal amount to malaysian people.To which address the certificate should be sent when no one is available to encash as malaysian investors feel.What is their real address can any one explain about the principle safety about the investment yours comments are welcome
