		<description>It might and it might not. I think that would certainly hold water in certain areas. The campuses that I mentioned in my post is not those purpose built campuses. It was first a commercial area that overseas college began operating and has grown over time to become a student oriented area.

Not all campuses will be like what I mentioned. But the point I wanted to make, is that it might be easier to identify and provide services in a high student traffic area. </description>

Many schools have long-standing deals with the businesses already in place, and it can take a lot of start-up money to get your foot in the door. Otherwise, I guess you could locate off campus and just direct your marketing towards the students. But then you&#039;d be just like every other business in town...</description>
